Cidr Honey is the most expensive honey in the world. It is collected from Hadramout valley in Yemen. 1 liter of Cidr Honey costs 180 dollars. The content of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in Cidr Honey is 18 times more than that of most other types of honey. For thousands of years, the therapeutic properties of honey have largely been praised in Yemen. Beekeepers go through a lot to obtain Cidr Honey since it is produced by wild bees. Instead, they have to climb the mountains two times a year (in the summer and winter) to obtain the golden syrup.
